A Good Laugh is a comedy festival for grown-ups – but we haven’t forgotten the kids!
The Big Giggle is the festival’s free family day out, built entirely around the art of being silly. Roving performers, a comedy stage, workshops for the next generation of funny people, and a selection of great food trucks, all set against the kind of Sunday afternoon that makes you feel glad to live where you do.
Designed for families with younger kids, it’s the sort of event where children get to see live performers who speak their language, physical, daft, surprising and completely alive. And where grown-ups remember that laughter doesn’t actually require a punchline.
